Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lextrove (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining the waiting list, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lextrove is a WhatsApp analytics and intelligence platform. When you connect a messaging account, the Service ingests, stores, indexes, and lets you search and analyze your own messages, media, calls, and related metadata. The Service is offered on a software-as-a-service basis and is currently in a pre-launch / early-access phase, provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• connect any account or data you do not own or are not authorized to process;
• use the Service to violate any law or any third party's privacy or other rights;
• attempt to access other customers' data, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, or abuse the API beyond the limits of your plan.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the content you connect to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to store, encrypt, index, and return it in response to your queries). We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party models. You can export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Lextrove and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

6. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. During the pre-launch period in particular, features may change or be unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics results will be complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lextrove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data per the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
